    ምግባችን መድሃኒታችን መሆን አለበት! ትክክለኛ ምግብ ጥንካሬያችንንና የመከላከል አቅማችንን ይገነባል። ይህም በሽታን ለመዋጋትና ለመከላከል ያግዛል። ትክክለኛ ያልሆኑ ምግቦች የተመጣጠነ ምግብ እጥረት ያመጣሉ፤ በማንኛውም በሽታና መመረዝ በቀላሉ እንድንጠቃ ያደርጋሉ።

    የሚከተሉት ምግቦች በቀላሉ የሚገኙና ጠቃሚ የምግብ አይነቶች ናቸው
    • ቀላል ኃይል ለማግኘት
      • ስታርች ምግብ :- ካሳቫ፣ ስኯር ድንች፣ ጎደሬ
      • ፍራፍሪዎች :- ሙዝ
    • ኃይል ሠጪና ፕሮቲን (ገንቢ ምግቦች)
      • ጥራጥሬና እህል :- ስንዴ፣ በቆሎ፣ ሩዝ፣ ማሽላ፣ ዘንጋዳ
      • ዳቦ:- ከነጭ ይልቅ ሳይፈተግ የሚዘጋጀው ይመረጣል
    • በፕሮቲን የበለፀጉ ገንቢ ምግቦች
      • የዘይት ዘሮች :- ዱባ፣ ሃባብ፣ ሱፍ፣ ሰሊጥ
      • ጥራጥሬ :- ባቄላ፣ አተር፣ ምስር፣ አኩሪ አተር
      • ስራስር :- ኦቾሎኒ፣ ለውዝ
      • የእንስሳት ተዋፅዖ :- ወተት፣ እንቁላል፣ አይብ፣ ዓሣ፣ ዶሮ፣ ማናቸውም ስጋ
    • ለቫይታሚንና ማእድኖች
      • ቅጠላ ቅጠል :- አረንጏዴ ቅጠል ያላቸው ተክሎች፣ ካሳቫ ቅጠል፣ ምጥጣሽና የምጥጣሽ ቅጠል፣ ቲማቲም፣ ካሮት፣ ዱባ፣ የሽፈረው ቅጠል እና ሌሎች
      • ፍራፍሬ :- ማንጎ፣ ብርቱካንና ሎሚ፣ ፓፓያ፣ ዘይቱን፣ ፓሽን ፍሩትና ሌሎች የፍራፍሬ ጭማቂዎች
    • ለጠንካራ የአካል መከላከል ብቃት - ጥሬ ነጭ ሽንኩርት መመገብ
