    አስፈላጊ ነገሮች እና መጠናቸው
    • አራት ራስ ትላልቅ ቀይ ሽንኩርት፣
    • ግማሽ ኩባያ የፉርኖ ዲቄት፣
    • ግማሽ ኩባያ ወተት፣
    • አንድ እንቁላል፣
    • የደቀቀ ዳቦ ፍርፋሪ እንደ ሁኔታው፣
    • ሩብ ብርጭቆ ዘይት ወይም ቅቤ፣

    አሰራሩ እንደሚከተለው ነው
    • ሽንኩርቱን በክቡ መክተፍና የቀለበት ቅርፅ ያላቸውን እያለያዩ ማስቀመጥ፣
    • እንቁላሉንና ወተቱን አንድ ላይ መምታት፣
    • የሽንኩርቱን ቀለበቶች አንድ በአንድ በፉርኖ ዱቄቱ ላይ ማንከባለል፣
    • እንቁላሉና ወተቱን ድብልቁ ውስጥ መንከር፣
    • ከዚያም በዳቦ ፍርፋሪ መሸፈን፣
    • ቅባት በመጥበሻ ማጋል፣
    • ቀለበቶቹን ተራ በተራ መጥበሻው ላይ እያደረጉ ለሶስት ደቂቃ ማብሰል፣
    • እያጠነፈፉ ጨው መነስነስና በትኩሱ ማቅረብ።
